About Our Staff
Wingate*Kirkland has over 50 staff members, and our counselor return rate from year to year is 75 percent.
Approximately half of our staff grew up at W*K as campers. This large number of "home-grown" staff plays a key role in maintaining the warmth and spirit of the W*K community.
